Who we are

This site is operated by Sothmann Consulting LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, trading as Locating Design. If you have a question about anything on this page, book a call and ask us.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. When you book a call or send us a message, that is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give us one
• Details about your business: your firm, your website, the kind of projects you want, and anything else you choose to tell us

Bookings are made through a Google appointment schedule, so Google also receives the details you type into its booking form. Their handling of that data is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the call you booked, to prepare for it, and to deliver our services if you become a client. We also use it to follow up with you about working together.

We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.

Who we share it with

Only the tools we need to run the business: our CRM and our booking and scheduling tools. They process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about working together, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Having your data deleted

Book a call and ask us. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will deal with the request and confirm when it is done.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
